I have some sad news. I just learned this morning that my dear friend, David Penn, passed away. Some of us have known him since we were in Kindergarten. I will pass on more information when received. Please keep his family in your thoughts and prayers.

My thoughts and prayers are with David's family. I so enjoyed talking and laughing with him and other classmates at the class reunion. Wish we all would have had a chance to reunite before the summer ended. Rest in Peace David.

As I look back over my life, I realize that everyone in my class touched my life in some profound way. You've helped mold me into the person I have become and I thank you all. We've lost many classmates to one tragedy or illness and it makes me know that life is so precious. Too young they have left us but I know they have the promise of better days in heaven. I appreciate the friendships I've had and continue to have and strive to be a better person and citizen. I will miss those gone before me and look forward to joining them for a wonderful reunion.
